- 7:15 – 7:30 | Guest Speaker; Director of the Ohio Department of Veterans Services (ODVS) MG Deborah Ashenhurst (U.S. Army, retired)
- 7:30pm – 7:45pm | Vietnam Veterans Recognition
- 8:00pm | Retirement of the Colors; Closing remarks
