Cocktail Hour from 5:30PM – 6:30PM (includes Swedish Meatballs & cheeses)
Dinner from 6:45PM – 8:00PM
Entertainment – Veterans Recognition & Raffles 8:00PM – 8:30PM

Sport Coat, Suit, Military Class A or Dress Uniform. If wearing civilian attire, be sure to wear pins, badges or medals depicting your service Be sure to list your affiliation of any veteran’s organization you would like to sit with on the backside of this form, although you need not be a member of any veteran’s organization.
