As of January 2020 The Medina County Veterans Service Commission will publish its monthly meeting minutes on line. Meeting minutes will be published prior to the next months meeting.

This is in compliance with the Ohio’s Sunshine Laws and the Open Meetings Act (Ohio Revised Code Section (RC) 121.22) and the Public Records Act (RC 149.43).
A public body must keep full and accurate minutes of its meetings, but those minutes do not have to be an exact transcript of every word said. Minutes must be promptly prepared, filed, and made available for public inspection. ORC 121.22(C).
