Job Requirements
In this role, candidates must be able to perform all duties under sometimes stressful conditions beyond the employee's control while attempting to influence a favorable impression of American Eagle, American Airlines or any other contracted airline service provided by Envoy. The Cabin Appearance Agent performs the cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors. Cabin cleaning is done using specified cleaning chemicals, materials and equipment. The Cabin Appearance Agent is responsible for cleaning seatback pockets, seat cushions, tray tables, overhead bins, cabin cockpit, galley, and lavatories. May clean aircraft windshields when appropriate. The Agent is responsible for stocking supplies onboard the aircraft which include toilet paper, sanitary products, drinking cups, napkins, and condiments in galley areas and lavatories. Remove and dispose of trash from work areas. Keep ramp area and supply areas clean and free of debris. May provide guide man functions and connect/remove ground power start units. Use a specified check-list to ensure all work is completed. Complete all work assignments within specific time constraints. Communicate with supervisor to ensure timely reporting of any lost items found on aircraft left by a customer as well as any identifying any damaged items in the work area or aircraft cabin.
 
Job Requirements

About the Opportunity

This role is critical to the success of the Total Rewards – Benefits & Retirement Programs team and will be directly responsible for day to day retirement plans administration, including the defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB) plans, in partnership with our consultants and third party administrators. This individual will provide subject matter expertise on compliance, reporting and employee education for plans and will also assist in analysis of the plans to identify and develop plan improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing ongoing delivery of retirement plans, including both 401(k) and pension
  • Handling day to day 401(k) administration, including weekly payroll contribution calculations and reconciliations
  • Providing proactive customer service support to current and vested former plan participants
  • Resolving escalated requests as appropriate for pension and 401(k)
  • Preparing and/or reviewing government filings and participating in audits for 401(k) and pension plans
  • Validating and preparing complex pension calculations as needed

Qualifications

FAA Provides Aviation Careers to People with Disabilities

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) today announced a pilot program to help prepare people with disabilities for careers in air traffic operations.

A key focus for the FAA’s Office of Civil Rights is to identify specific opportunities for people with targeted disabilities, empower them and facilitate their entry into a more diverse and inclusive workforce.

The FAA will enroll up to 20 people in the Aviation Development Program. They will train for up to one year at 10 Air Route Traffic Control Centers throughout the U.S. The following facilities will participate in the pilot: Minneapolis, Minn., Cleveland, Ohio, Boston, Mass., Denver, Colo., Fort Worth, Texas, Jacksonville, Fla., Seattle, Wash., Memphis, Tenn., Kansas City, Kan., and Salt Lake City, Utah.

Description

Tremco's Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing division is currently searching for Production Associates from Entry Level to experienced Operators at our Ashland, Ohio extrusion facility.  These positions provide manufacturing support by performing activities that keep production lines running while maintaining quality. With competitive staring salaries paid to you weekly, these roles include incremental and developmental increases that you are eligible for as soon as your 90th day of employment within Tremco.

Operator (Entry Level)

The Entry Level Operator role is to provide Operator I, II, III with support by performing activities that keep operators focused on safely and effectively running quality product on manufacturing equipment in any of the areas listed below:

  • Silicone extrusion line                                  

  • Rubber extrusion line

  • EnerEdge extrusion line

  • Molding Machine

  • EnerEdge Tape Line

  • Mixing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform all job tasks in a safe and efficient manner while following all safety rules

  • Pack finished goods into appropriate containers while operating secondary equipment

  • Feed raw material into the Extruder while maintaining a feed ball

  • Support Operator in changing over, starting up, and running product as directed

  • Build packaging at the line and in the packaging area as needed

  • Complete daily housekeeping of assigned areas

  • Dispose of any plastic, cardboard, or any recyclables in the proper containers

  • Empty trash at the end of assigned shift

  • Effectively cover lines in one of the manufacturing areas listed below, during breaks and lunches by performing some or all core responsibilities of the Operator I position to assure quality and output are maintained

  • Notify supervisor or lead if issues arise during line coverage

  • Help setup and operate various off-line pieces of equipment to include: cutters, tape machines, punch press, hot box, and reeling machine

  • Move EnerEDGE master reels to appropriate step in process when needed

  • Safely and effectively operate the binner and move binned material to the start of the line to be taped

Operator I

The Operator I role starts up, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of scrap, timing and output rate a majority of the time in one of the manufacturing areas listed below.

  • Silicone extrusion line

  • Rubber extrusion line

  • EnerEdge extrusion line

  • Molding Machine

  • EnerEdge Tape Line

  • Mixing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform work in a safe manner while following all safety rules

  • Produce product according to tolerances on blueprints

  • Perform routine measurements per quality standards

  • Read and interpret extrusion instructions

  • Maintain accurate paperwork with minimal errors

  • Correctly package and label products

  • Perform daily housekeeping duties: sweep, mop, chip salt, skim, and maintain 5S areas

  • Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards

  • Setup and operate various off-line and secondary equipment to include: cutters, tape machines, punch press, hot box, and reeling machine

Education

  • High school diploma/GED required

Experience

  • No prior experience or training needed; rubber molding experience preferred

Other Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance

  • Ability to multi task

  • Ability to function well in a team setting

The Sr. Oracle Programmer/Analyst will be responsible for design, analysis, and programming projects in support of the Company’s ERP system running on an Oracle database. The candidate will coordinate and work with business analysts and internal customers independently or with minimal guidance to design, develop, maintain and enhance new and existing software, database packages and system interfaces.  Note: Unfortunately no sponsorship is available.

Job Duties
  • Function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business use of the ERP functionality, providing business analysis of current or new business requirements and recommending changes in process or software improvements to support the business.
  • Work with the MIS quality assurance group to verify functional accuracy of all assigned software changes.
  • Work with system administrators and MIS management to plan ongoing software improvement needs related to Oracle based applications.
  • Develop database packages to support development activities.
  • Provide training, support and issue resolution for less experienced team members.
  • Provide project management for software projects as necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver complex projects.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in an enterprise environment with application of Oracle 11g (or above) and PL/SQL. (Oracle Forms strongly preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Business analysis/ project management with strong comprehension of standard business processes in an ERP Business System.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively, with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve critical problems in a timely manner within a complex business system environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop process and database structures (PFDs and ERDs) in a complex environment.
  • Experience/desire to mentor junior developers.•
  • Experience working within the constructs of a structured SDLC to support a SOX controlled environment.•
  • Demonstrated experience with system integration and interface development.
  • Previous Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
